Clean and Treat the Condensate Drain

The Condensate Drain removes water, pulled from the air in your home, when the system is cooling. Clogs occur easily thanks to a humid environment that has slower moving water, which can mix with dust and other contaminants.

Replacement of Indoor Blower Motor

The Indoor Blower is the the heart of the complete system. It moves air, pulled from the ducted returns, across the evaporator coil or the heat exchanger to provide the comfort you want in your home.

Replacement of Condenser Fan Motor

The Condenser Fan pulls air across the outdoor coils. Refrigerant lines actually remove heat in the summer and the air moving across the coils helps cool the refrigerant before it can go repeat the process. If you place your hand over a properly working condenser fan, you should be able to feel the air being warmer than the ambient air.

Foam and Chemical Clean Condenser

The Condenser Coils are covered with light, bendable fins meant to protect the coils. The fins try to keep dirt, pet hair, grass, and other contaminants off the refrigerant lines. If the coils/fins are clogged, which can not always be easily seen, then your system could overwork and use 25% more electricity.

Evaporator Coil Replacement

The Evaporator Coils are similar to the Condenser Coils, except the refrigerant is cool here and pulls heat and humidity out of the air when in cooling mode. These easily get clogged when there is air leakage in the duct, a low quality air filter is used, or filters are missing when the system is operating.

Compressor Replacement

The compressor moves refrigerant through the system to facilitate the heat exchange process necessary for cooling or heating the home in an HVAC system. Due to its constant operation and high-demand function, the compressor undergoes significant stress and wear over time, which can lead to eventual malfunction or failure, necessitating its replacement.
